Past Work
I have written for magazines, newspapers, websites, social media, and more. My passions, my favourite things to write about, are people, entertainment and art. But as you’ll see scrolling down this list of past work, I’m a versatile writer who enjoys adapting to different topics and styles.

A free monthly community magazine for those who live, work, and play in Lutruwita/Tasmania. I’ve done both freelance and full time contract work for them. Between December 2023 and September 2025, I was responsible for most of the magazine’s written content and ran its social media. I also had the privilege of interviewing an all-manner of interesting people.

A government-established authority that promotes the state of Tasmania as a premier destination to live, work, visit, invest and study. I’ve been doing freelance writing for them since 2024. My work primarily involves reading interview transcripts and writing profile features from them. I’ve also had the opportunity to join interviews.

A magazine celebrating and documenting the arts in Nipaluna/Hobart. I occasionally write features for it.
-
In many ways, my professional media journey began here, at this non-profit cat shelter. Over the summer of 2018/2019, I was a social media volunteer. I returned to them in 2025 as a marketing assistant, where I now manage the creative team. I work on the magazine, newsletters, communications, and social media, among other things.
-
A community magazine for those who live, work and play in the Bayside/Port Phillip areas of Melbourne. I helped launch this magazine, and wrote most of its content for seven editions.
-
A Council-led community newspaper covering the Brighton municipality in Greater Hobart. I helped manage the behind-the-scenes of it all, including editing the layout, and sometimes writing content when it was needed.
-
A YouTuber. He makes video essays about whatever he’s interested in at the moment. I’ve co-written two of his videos, and a third upcoming one.
